📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in lead generation and pipeline management using CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Support the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the farming industry.
• Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the agricultural sector.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry and report generation.
• Attend and participate in sales meetings and client presentations.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of sales materials and marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
• Passionate about the farming industry and eager to learn.
• Ability to travel to different locations in Bali as needed.
