📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize 3D models using Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp
• Conduct virtual walkthroughs and simulations to evaluate design feasibility
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other specialists to refine and enhance architectural designs
• Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to improve project outcomes
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in 3D simulation and modeling
• Assist in the preparation of technical reports and presentations
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and execution
• Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in 3D simulation and modeling
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp
• Strong understanding of architectural principles and design concepts
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) principles
• Certification in 3D simulation or a related field is a plus
