📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.
  • Manage and track sales performance to meet or exceed targets.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
  • Attend trade shows, seminars, and other industry events to network and promote our products/services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client retention.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding quotas.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business travel.
