Duta Citra Auto Service is looking for a dedicated and experienced Admin Finance to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate and timely financial records. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing day-to-day financial transactions including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations,Preparing and analyzing financial reports to support decision-making,Ensuring accurate and timely financial records and compliance with accounting standards,Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes,Providing administrative support to the finance team,Maintaining financial documentation and records,Assisting with payroll processing and ensuring compliance with labor laws,Supporting the finance team in any other ad-hoc tasks as required

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks
