📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment.,Stock and manage inventory of food and kitchen supplies.,Assist in preparing and cooking various dishes for events and catering services.,Ensure food safety and quality standards are met at all times.,Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall kitchen operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Passion for cooking and commitment to delivering high-quality food.
