📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Greet guests upon arrival and departure, and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Answer and direct inquiries from guests and visitors.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
  • Perform front desk duties such as handling reservations, room assignments, and billing.
  • Assist in organizing and managing guest amenities and services.
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software for guest management.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a similar role at Indonesia Energy is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
