📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Collaborate with the Recruitment Specialist to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the recruitment team.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Support the recruitment team in sourcing and attracting top talent.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies.,Assist in the preparation and organization of recruitment events and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
