📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.,Maintain and update training materials and resources.,Monitor and report on training progress and outcomes.,Collaborate with the Training Officer to ensure the successful execution of training initiatives.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of trainers and facilitators.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Knowledge of e-learning platforms and tools.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR technologies.
