You will use tools like BambooHR and Greenhouse to manage our hiring pipeline, and collaborate with our HRIS team to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation.
• Use BambooHR and Greenhouse to track and manage the hiring pipeline, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
• Collaborate with managers to understand hiring needs and ensure the right candidates are identified and recruited.
• Conduct initial interviews and reference checks to assess candidates' suitability for the role.
• Prepare and distribute job descriptions, interview guides, and other recruitment-related documents.
• Assist with onboarding new hires, including completing necessary paperwork and orienting them to the company.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS system.
• Participate in HR team meetings and contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR and recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced, growing company.
• Proven experience using HR software like BambooHR and Greenhouse.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and managers.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
• Certification in HR or a related field is a plus.
