Indonesia Telecom is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team in Tuban, Jawa Timur. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping, with excellent organizational and analytical skills. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records and ledgers accurately and efficiently.,Prepare and process payroll for employees, including calculating taxes, deductions, and net pay.,Process and record all financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements for audits and tax purposes.,Provide support to the accounting team in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions and assets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent organizational and analytical skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.
