📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including advertising, interviewing, and selecting candidates.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills.,Handle employee benefits and compensation packages.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Work closely with management to align HR strategies with business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using HR management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes.,Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
