📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and receiving.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of store records and databases.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and professional service.,Support the store manager in implementing sales and marketing strategies.,Assist in the preparation and organization of store layouts and displays.,Monitor store performance metrics and report on sales and inventory data.,Assist in the training and development of new store staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or administrative role.,Familiarity with basic inventory management software.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
