📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to support business goals.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Represent the company in HR-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
