📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily pharmacy operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Oversee inventory management and ordering processes.,Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards.,Provide pharmaceutical care and advice to customers.,Train and mentor junior pharmacists and staff.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Participate in continuous education and professional development.,Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure effective medication management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pharmacy setting.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Experience with pharmacy software and systems is a plus.
