📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for our organization.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to recruitment team members.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in leading recruitment teams.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
