One Link Pratama is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our cashiering process. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage sales transactions and ensure accurate recording of sales data,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive customer experience,Ensure the smooth operation of the cashiering process, including handling cash and electronic payments,Assist in the training and development of junior staff members,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Manage inventory levels and assist in restocking as needed,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or cashiering role,Strong knowledge of sales and cashiering procedures and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and other relevant software,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed,High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in sales or customer service a plus
