📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize our online marketplace, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.
• Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently, using tools like Shopify or WooCommerce.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and drive sales.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and marketplace management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or a similar role.
• Proven experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and customers.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
• Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing principles is a plus.
