Apotek Yoga Dental Clinic is looking for a motivated Procurement Staff to join our team. As a Procurement Staff, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies and equipment to provide the best services to our patients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of supplies and equipment.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure product quality.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and policies.,Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of procurement best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including purchasing, inventory management, and supplier relationship management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
