Home Code Cemerlang is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage and optimize our vehicle fleet operations. This is a remote position based in Canggu, offering a competitive salary of Rp 4.000.000 – Rp 7.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the vehicle fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, ensuring compliance with budgetary requirements.
  • Coordinate with drivers and service providers to ensure timely and efficient vehicle maintenance.
  • Track vehicle performance and usage, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle assignments, mileage, and service history.
  • Ensure all vehicles meet safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Investigate and resolve any issues related to fleet operations.
  • Provide support and guidance to drivers and other staff members regarding fleet policies and procedures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
