Bloom Bay Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operational Manager to join our team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Proven track record of success in managing and improving operational processes.,Strong knowledge of operational management principles and best practices.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
