📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Process and manage customer orders, including shipping and delivery.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of the store's physical space.,Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and goals.,Monitor and report on store performance metrics.,Participate in training and development programs for store staff.,Assist in the planning and execution of store promotions and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or administrative role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with retail management software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
