FORZA Lestari is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the accounting functions of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting, and will be able to work independently and as part of a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions,Prepare and review budgets and forecasts,Coordinate with internal and external auditors as required,Provide guidance and support to junior accountants

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian GAAP (GAK),Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in Indonesian and English
