Manage a team of employees and ensure that they are performing at their best.,Oversee daily operations and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and profitability.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Provide leadership and guidance to team members, and promote a positive and productive work environment.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Participate in training and development programs for employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
