Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that all design elements are aligned with the company's brand and user needs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketers, to deliver exceptional user experiences.Create and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products.Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user satisfaction.Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and incorporate them into your work.Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Present design concepts and proposals to stakeholders, and advocate for the user's perspective.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.Experience with user research and usability testing methods.Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Passion for creating innovative and user-friendly products, with a strong understanding of user needs and behaviors.🛠️ Keahlian
