📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage services.,Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction through effective team leadership and training.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure smooth operations and cost efficiency.,Oversee and resolve any operational issues or guest complaints promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with the management team to implement and improve operational procedures and protocols.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operational activities and guest interactions.,Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of the hotel's overall strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle guest interactions and team coordination.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
