📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the entire recruitment and selection process, from job advertising to onboarding.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Screen and evaluate job applicants to identify the best candidates for our organization.,Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process.,Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and selection.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and selection, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, including job advertising, screening, and interviewing.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.,Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
