📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical information,Develop user manuals, guides, and tutorials for our customers,Write and update API documentation for our developers,Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve our documentation,Ensure our documentation meets industry standards and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Experience in healthcare or medical documentation is a plus
