📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize the scheduling of trucking operations to ensure timely delivery and pickup of containers.
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure they have the necessary information and resources to complete their routes efficiently.
• Monitor and track the status of shipments using logistics software such as SAP or similar systems.
• Maintain accurate records of all trucking activities, including fuel usage, maintenance, and driver performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies regarding trucking operations.
• Collaborate with depot staff to manage inventory and ensure that containers are properly stored and handled.
• Provide support to drivers and depot staff as needed, addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
• Participate in regular meetings and updates to discuss logistics strategies and improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the logistics or trucking industry.
• Proven experience with logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of trucking regulations and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
