📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in budget management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective budget strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Certification in budgeting and financial management (e.g., CPA, CFA, or equivalent).
• Understanding of regional development priorities and challenges.
