In this role, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to, conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, coordinating with clients and legal teams, and managing case files. You'll also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in various areas of law, as our firm is involved in a wide range of practice areas.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide on-the-ground legal support, including conducting legal research and preparing legal documents.
• Coordinate with clients, legal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless case management.
• Manage case files and ensure all legal documents are properly filed and organized.
• Assist in the preparation of legal briefs, pleadings, and other legal materials.
• Stay updated with the latest legal developments and trends in the relevant practice areas.
• Assist in the preparation of legal reports and other legal materials for clients.
• Provide administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and managing correspondence.
• Assist in the preparation of legal training materials and other internal resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal field, preferably in a boutique law firm or a similar setting.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Basic knowledge of legal software and tools, such as CaseMap, Westlaw, or LexisNexis.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for the legal profession and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
