📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the hotel, restaurant, and beach club, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage and coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage operations.
• Develop and implement operational plans to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Train and mentor staff to maintain high standards of service and hospitality.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Handle front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest relations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with the management team to drive the overall vision and strategic goals of the property.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing operations in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using hotel management software such as PMS (Property Management System) and ERP systems.
• Understanding of food and beverage operations and service standards.
